Crafted from Tropical Mahogany solid wood and Basswood veneers, each piece is finished in a rich brown tone with highlights ranging in hue from yellow to burgundy. The storage bed headboard steals the show with rectangle cutouts, 4 side drawers, and a low-profile footboard that is level with the bed rails for a symmetrical look. Pyramid shaped drawer handles in a satin nickel finish are designed to reflect light from any angle. A box spring is not required with the slat support system, and the bed is not compatible with adjustable mattress bases. Storage drawers are set in the middle of the rails, and their operation will not interfere with a nightstand that is 22” deep or less.
